Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products.  97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.  Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. 

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.  

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:  

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and the post offices process the orders, which takes an additional 2‚Äď4 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15‚Äď30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.¬†

Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Missing Packages

  • If your tracking information¬† states¬†that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them.¬†
  • Hat Drip¬†does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. ¬† We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. We encourage our customers to choose Priority Shipping which includes up to $100 of insurance. If you would like to require a signature for delivery¬†with USPS First Class, please contact us¬†via¬†email immediately after placing your order. contacthatdrip@gmail.com¬†

Find missing package.  


If your product is incorrect or defective, send us either a photo of the damage or a short video and we'll send you a replacement item (free of charge). If you have not received the item yet you may receive a refund.  However, we do charge a $5 restocking fee once your order goes into production. This does not apply if your order is incorrect or defective.


To be eligible for a refund, your order must be incorrect or defective. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To return your product, first, send us an email for further instructions .  We  will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us .
